Overview
If you wish to give access to another user or users who could have the ability to schedule a Zoom meeting on your behalf, then you would need to set up the ‘Schedule privilege’ settings in the web client. For more information about the process, please read the following Zoom help material.
If you also wish to set up Alternative hosts, then please read the following Zoom help material.
You can also assign users using your Outlook account.
Once this has been done, the delegate will be able to schedule Zoom meetings for the original account holder within the Zoom application as normal. There will now be a ‘Schedule for’ section in the drop-down list below the ‘Topic Section’.
