Please ensure you are using the most up to date version of the software as every update removes bugs and includes additional features. You can update by clicking on your profile picture/initials in the top right corner of the Zoom main screen and then selecting ‘Check for Updates’.
In general, there are three types of Zoom updates:
- mandatory,
- optional, and
- web-only.

Please note that if you are using a UoP device, it may ask you to contact TIS to complete the process. Please also note that this only applies to the downloaded application as the web version updates automatically.
