How to export submissions in Form²

Why export submissions as both PDF and CSV?

By exporting both formats we create a snapshot of the data and the form. A PDF is a snapshot of that form and submission, showing all form text and assessor signatures. A CSV will only contain the data submitted from the form. Therefore the PDF can be used to see the form as it was when submitted, whilst the CSV can be used to import the data into other systems.

Note: Once submissions have been deleted from Form2 they cannot be retrieved, this is why we must export any submissions before deleting them. However, please note if the data is submitted to another system automatically (e.g. ADB), that data will not be deleted.
