What do the ‘failure to transfer grades’ emails mean?

Sometimes Moodle has to re-push grades across into UNIT-e when there was an issue with them not going over the first time for certain modules.

However, this additional push of grades often also tries to resend grades from other modules where the grades did already successfully transfer over when they were sent originally and this when these automated emails are sent with the message…

‘PARENT_ASSESSMENT_ALREADY_ENTERED’

…which just means there is already a grade in UNIT-e and Moodle has tried to send it again. These messages can be ignored.
