The first originality report is usually created within 15 minutes of submission, however it may take up to 24 hours during peak times, such as the middle or the end of semesters, when a large number of papers are being submitted to Turnitin.
Subsequent submissions in the same assignment will take 24 hours to generate a new up-to-date report.
Turnitin will continue to update on progress via email at various points during the process.
