{"id":8657,"date":"2026-09-15T09:52:36","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T08:52:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digi-ed.uk\/support\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=8657"},"modified":"2026-09-15T09:52:37","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T08:52:37","slug":"roles-and-permissions-in-timetabled-teams-session","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/digi-ed.uk\/support\/article\/roles-and-permissions-in-timetabled-teams-session\/","title":{"rendered":"Roles and permissions in timetabled Teams session"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are 3 main roles in a timetabled online Teams session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-organiser (anyone named teacher on the timetabled session, please this role appears as \u2018Organiser\u2019 in the meeting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presenter (a role attendees can be promoted too in the meeting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendee (Student)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A person may enter the lobby as an \u2018external\u2019 or \u2018unverified\u2019.
