For lecturers teaching from a single screen, PowerPoint Live also makes delivery easier by allowing the presentation, meeting chat, participant list, and meeting controls to be viewed alongside each other within Teams, reducing the need to switch between multiple windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/plymouth.cloud.panopto.eu\/Panopto\/Pages\/Viewer.aspx?id=a48acaf1-c3ba-4fff-b054-b4c500ef2d95\">Watch the video &#8216;PowerPoint Live&#8217; here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing your presentation in PowerPoint Live<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select Share from the meeting controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll past the standard screen-sharing options to the PowerPoint Live section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose a recent presentation from the list, or select Browse to search for the presentation you want to use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivering your presentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If private view remains enabled, students can view slide thumbnails and move independently through the presentation, regardless of the slide you are currently showing. Participants can see only the slides and cannot see your notes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the built-in accessibility tools to magnify slide content for all participants. Students can also zoom in on slides individually on their own devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the annotation tools to highlight or emphasise content during your presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be aware that annotations created in PowerPoint Live are not included in the meeting recording. If you need annotations to be visible in the recording, share your screen and present using the PowerPoint desktop application instead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you have finished presenting, select Stop Presenting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If another organiser or co-organiser needs to continue presenting from the same slide deck, leave the presentation running and ask them to select Take Control from the presenter toolbar.
