If you do not seem to find your module folder in Panopto, it is because it has not been <a href=\"https:\/\/digi-ed.uk\/support\/article\/setting-up-panopto-on-a-moodle-course\/\">provisioned<\/a> yet with your module in the DLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you move your recordings to the relevant folder, please also make sure you <a href=\"https:\/\/digi-ed.uk\/support\/article\/why-cant-my-students-see-my-panopto-video\/\">approve<\/a> each of them individually, otherwise, the students will not be able to access them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also add these recordings as <a href=\"https:\/\/digi-ed.uk\/support\/article\/using-the-panopto-activity-to-link-to-videos\/\">activities<\/a> to your DLE site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recording locally<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The locally recorded meetings can only be accessed on the computer that recorded the meeting. However, you will be able to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/digi-ed.uk\/support\/article\/manually-uploading-zoom-recording-to-panopto\/\" target=\"_blank\">upload<\/a> them to the relevant module folder in order to share it later with your students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to record a Zoom meeting as a student<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Recording a session presentation with Zoom as a student\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1vUe3IV5_GY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You also might want your students to work in a group where they would need to complete a presentation sessions that needs to be recorded by one of them which then would need to be submitted to a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/digi-ed.uk\/support\/article\/creating-an-online-submission-in-moodle-for-students-to-submit-video-or-audio\/\" target=\"_blank\">submission point<\/a> in Moodle.
