Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There is an online \u2018Module Box<\/a>\u2019 block on the right-hand side of every Moodle course page. The purpose of this block is to provide an easy and familiar way to deliver all module materials to the External Examiners, from one location within the DLE (Moodle). This can also include sharing student attempts of a \u2018Quiz\u2019 activity<\/a> in Moodle, to help them get a better understanding of the summative assessments, such as in-class tests or formal exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this article, we will show you how to link student attempts of a Quiz to Module Boxes in Moodle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note, you will not be able to share the list of questions added to the activity<\/a> or located in the Question bank<\/a>, as External Examiners cannot access these. If you wish to share all questions, we recommend sharing the \u2018Grades\u2019 menu with them which is described below. Alternatively, you can export your questions from Moodle<\/a> as a file which then can be forwarded to them by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To link student attempts of a quiz to Module Boxes, please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the activity under your module\/DLE page by clicking on its title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Once you are on its dashboard, please click on the ‘Results’ menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
