This is usually to meet any Modified Assessment Provision (MAP) as students may be entitled to. In this case, the assignment is open for 24 hours, but this student would get 48 hours instead to meet the Modified Assessment Provision (MAP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lastly, click on the \u2018Save\u2019 or on the \u2018Save and enter another override\u2019 button to save the process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">Please keep in mind that you need to repeat the same process for each student to whom you would like to give additional time. For more information about how to do this, please view the <a href=\"https:\/\/digi-ed.uk\/support\/article\/timed-assessments-assignment-settings\/#restrict-access\">following help material<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">Please note, if you have a MAP student who is entitled to a longer time than the original time window defined for the assessment, you need to ensure the end date of the restriction counts them in.
