The software interface and processes remain the same despite this change.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are assessor web-links?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An assessor web-link allows anyone to access a form via a link without having to sign-in to SparkForms. Providing a web-link can be particularly useful for external assessors who are not registered on SparkForms. With that said, for external assessors we must make sure they have a UOP email address and an account in the ADB before using the form, this is to ensure SparkForms can identify their credentials and submit their marking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are hidden fields in the forms which identify who the marking assessor is, without this login information you may not know who marked the assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding the assessor web-link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the form you wish to add or find the web-link for. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the \u2018Distribution\u2019 Tab. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the \u2018Web\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">Under the title \u2018Settings\u2019 you will see a message stating if web distribution is enabled or disabled. If disabled please continue to the next page, if enabled please see below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The web-link shown will allow your assessor to access the form without a SparkForms login. You will need to copy, paste and email the web-link to any assessor(s) that require access to the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the web-link is closed, the assessor will not be able to see the form.<br>If the Form is not published the assessor will not be able to see the form.<br>If the pre-population is not published the assessor will not be able to see the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding a web-link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you can see the message \u2018Web distribution is disabled for this form\u2019, follow these steps to generate a web-link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the blue \u2018Configure\u2019 button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tick the \u2018Enable web distribution\u2019 box.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Greeting and On Completion message. You can optionally set \u2018Greeting\u2019 and \u2018On Completion\u2019 messages for users accessing and submitting your form. You can use the default text or add your own custom message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once happy with the messages, select Save. You will now see a web-link that will allow your assessor to access the form without a SparkForms login.
