The software interface and processes remain the same despite this change.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is cloning?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cloning a form will create an exact copy of the original forms fields and text\/labels, resulting in a new form containing only the content in the \u2018Fields\u2019 tab from the original form. Therefore, when cloning a form, not all external conditions will be copied to the new form and these will need to be re-created.<br>For example: deadline dates, reminders, groups, pre-population sheets, web-links and workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why clone a form?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cloning a form will make the creating of a new form a lot quicker. If there is a year 1 form that is used in year 2, all the fields will be set up within the form. The fields should match the ADB elements and pre-population should be easily replicated. The external conditions will need adding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cloning a form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the form you wish to clone. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the green \u2018Clone\u2019 button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and select the workspace the cloned form will be created in. If you are unsure which workspace is relevant, check with the relevant person.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the form has been cloned you will see a green confirmation message stating \u2018Form successfully cloned\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the blue \u2018Edit\u2019 button to change the name of the cloned form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">Note: The new cloned form name will have \u2018(Cloned)\u2019 appended to the end of the original form name until you renamed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the Edit Form page set the new form: <br>\u2018Title\u2019, <em>(removing clone from the end)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the owner as your team.
