A PDF is a snapshot of that form and submission, showing all form text and assessor signatures. A CSV will only contain the data submitted from the form. Therefore the PDF can be used to see the form as it was when submitted, whilst the CSV can be used to import the data into other systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">Note: Once submissions have been deleted from Form2 they cannot be retrieved, this is why we must export any submissions before deleting them. However, please note if the data is submitted to another system automatically (e.g. ADB), that data will not be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exporting all submissions.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the form you want to export the submissions. <\/li><li>Select the Submissions tab. <\/li><li>Once on this page, you will be able to see all submissions made on this form.
